Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure office furniture, specifically office chairs, training room tables, and chairs, to meet the organizational needs. The procurement aims to ensure the delivery of quality furniture that complies with specified technical standards and local content requirements.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Supply, delivery, and assembly of office chairs, including high-back swivel chairs with tilt mechanisms, armrests, and leather padding.
• Provision of training room furniture, including rectangular training tables (1400W x 700D x 730H) in American walnut finish.
• Supply of stacker chairs (500 class black contact fabric coated) with standard frames and foam padding.

All items must be delivered and assembled upon delivery, adhering to the specifications provided.

  • Leather combo with cow top leather on the front and leatherette on the backrest

• Training Tables:
