Objectives

Technical Requirements

• Provision of urgent ceiling repair services at the Lehurutshe Fire Station.
• Adherence to the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022 (PPR 2022).
• Submission of a valid CSD registration report.
• Compliance with municipal rates and taxes or municipal service charges requirements, including recent statements not older than three months and with no outstanding dues.
• Provision of proof of residence or a letter from the Tribal Authority if residing or operating in rural areas.
• Submission of all completed and signed MBD forms and relevant documentation.
• Indication of a firm delivery period for the completion of repairs.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

• The bidder must be a registered service provider with accreditation suitable for ceiling repairs.
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid report submitted.
• No quotations will be considered from persons employed by the state.
• Must demonstrate compliance with municipal and tax requirements, including valid tax clearance status.
• Provision of recent municipal rates and taxes or municipal service charges statements, not older than three months.
• For directors or companies operating in rural areas, a letter from the Tribal Authority confirming residence or operation area is required.
• Ability to meet the technical specifications and deliver within the specified timeframe.
