Scope of Work

• Replacement of specified steam fittings such as isolating valves, steam traps, sight glasses, barrel nipples, unions, strainers, and condensate line couplers.
• Repair of broken condensate piping and re-plumbing where necessary.
• Calibration of Pressure Reducing Valves (PRVs) to exactly 200 kPa, followed by the issuance of a formal pressure test certificate.
