The primary objective of this tender is to replace existing boom gates at St. Aidan's Hospital to enhance security and facilitate safe access for patients and staff. The project aims to ensure the installation of durable, compliant, and functional boom gates that meet safety standards and operational requirements.
The scope includes the complete removal of existing boom gates and enclosures, excavation for new concrete foundations, installation of new concrete plinths, supply and installation of manually operated boom gates with specified features (spring-loaded counterweight, epoxy-coated enclosure, 5.5-meter arm with reflective stripes), and providing training and maintenance manuals. The work is to be carried out at St. Aidan's Hospital within a contract period of 4 weeks.
