The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of delivering BSL4 Building Automation System (BAS) service and maintenance at the NICD Sandringham campus. The service aims to ensure the proper functioning, control, and retrofitting of high and maximum containment facility controls, including system validation, verification, and servicing of various control modules and hardware.

The work is to be a once-off service, with delivery costs included, and must be completed within an estimated timeframe from the date of acceptance.
