Important Notice to All Prospective Bidders
The primary objective of this tender is to procure services and equipment for the expansion of Network and LAN infrastructure at Ladysmith SAPS Cluster in KwaZulu-Natal. The project aims to upgrade and extend existing network capabilities to support operational requirements.
The scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of network infrastructure components such as racks, patch panels, cabling, electrical outlets, UPS systems, surge protection, and related accessories. It also covers testing, documentation, and certification to ensure a fully functional and compliant network environment at the specified site: 36 Kings Street, Ladysmith.
The project involves site inspection, delivery, installation, configuration, and testing of all hardware and cabling as specified in the technical requirements. It also includes providing as-built drawings, certification, and training as necessary.
