Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable service provider to advertise the amendment of the Long-term Development Lease in terms of Section 116 (3) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA). All members of a joint venture or consortium must submit required documentation and a JV/Consortium agreement.
Bidder must declare interest and past supply chain practices using specified MBD forms (MBD 4, 8, 9).
Bidder must not be listed on the National Treasury register of defaulters or the Register for Tender Defaulters.
All prices must include delivery to specified addresses and be exclusive of VAT.

Additional Technical Requirements

Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993.
Forward exchange rate cover must be obtained if prices are based on exchange rates, with proof submitted within 14 days of order placement.
All quotations must be signed and submitted before the deadline; late submissions will be rejected.
All alterations must be signed; no correction fluid allowed.
Quotations must be valid for 60 days and remain open for acceptance within this period.
