The primary objective of this tender is to engage environmental specialists registered with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (EAPASA) to conduct comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) on specific council-owned properties in Orlando Ekhaya.     • Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (GDARD) Record of Decision (ROD) / Environmental Authorization
    • Water Use License Application (WULA) from the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS)
  • Preparing comprehensive reports covering site assessments, environmental constraints, mitigation measures, and land suitability for development.
