Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of supplying and delivering purified drinking water to the NICD Sandringham campus. The service aims to ensure the provision of clean, safe, and sealed bottled water across multiple offices and laboratories for a duration of 18 months, with specified monthly volumes and maintenance of water dispensing units.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Monthly collection of empty water bottles and delivery of approximately 300 filled bottles to 23 offices and laboratories on the NICD campus.
• Supply and maintenance of water dispensers, including the provision of BPA-free PET mineral water bottles (~18.9 liters capacity).
• Delivery of sealed purified water from the water purification plant, with appropriate caps.
• Provision of disposal services for paper cups.
• Implementation of a comprehensive maintenance plan for water coolers, including collection, repair, and replacement, with quarterly service intervals over 12 months.

The contract duration is 18 months, with the possibility of ongoing maintenance and support for the water dispensing units.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of at least 5 bottles of water per week per dispenser.
• Delivery of sealed, BPA-free PET bottles (~18.9 liters) with suitable caps.
• Provision of disposal services for paper cups (200 units).
• Maintenance of water coolers, including repairs and replacement of wear-and-tear parts, with a service plan covering 12 months and quarterly intervals.
• Delivery costs must be included in the quotation.
• All deliveries should adhere to specified quality standards and safety protocols.

Skills Requirements

• Experience in supplying and delivering bottled purified water at a similar scale and setting.
• Capability to maintain and service water dispensers and coolers, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards related to the handling and delivery of drinking water.
• Ability to manage logistics efficiently to ensure timely delivery and collection across multiple sites.
• Compliance with all relevant regulatory and environmental standards, including waste disposal.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting, including maintenance records and delivery schedules.
