    • For entities or directors, proof of municipal accounts for the entity and directors, or affidavits if applicable.
    • Registration on the Central Supplier Data Base (CSD) valid on the RFQ closing date.
    • Completed and signed declarations: MBD 4 (Interest Declaration), MBD 8 (Past SCM Practices), and MBD 9 (Bid Determination).
  • Participation in the procurement process is subject to compliance with the specified conditions, including submission deadlines, pricing, and documentation.
  • All prices must be exclusive of VAT, firm, and inclusive of delivery charges.
