Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams All Apps, including four existing licenses and one new user license, ensuring the supplier provides all necessary materials and works closely with the Information Technology Manager to deliver according to specified requirements.

Scope

The scope involves providing a full cost breakdown for the renewal and addition of Adobe Creative Cloud licenses for a total of five users. The service provider must ensure timely delivery, proper installation, and compliance with all contractual and technical specifications. The scope also includes familiarizing with RFQ documents, site conditions, and ensuring the supplied goods are defect-free and incorporate recent improvements.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of four existing licenses plus one new user license, totaling five licenses.
• All goods supplied must be recent models with no design or material defects, suitable for normal use.
• Delivery to final destination as indicated in the contract, with remedial actions for defective goods at no cost to JCT.
• Prices must be fixed, inclusive of material and labor cost fluctuations, and valid for 120 days.
• Suppliers must have an office in Gauteng and be registered on the Joburg City Theatres’ Supplier Database.
• All documentation, including tax clearance, company registration, BBBEE certificates, municipal rates, and utility bills, must be current and certified where applicable.
• Suppliers must adhere to procurement policies, including submission of all compulsory documents and signed forms.

Skills and Competency Requirements

• Proven experience in supplying and renewing Adobe Creative Cloud licenses or similar software solutions.
• Ability to work closely with IT managers to ensure proper deployment and compliance.
• Knowledge of local laws, procurement procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Capability to provide timely remedial support and ensure defect-free delivery.
• Demonstrated capacity to prepare detailed cost breakdowns and adhere to technical specifications.
• Compliance with all legal, tax, and BBBEE requirements, including submission of certified copies and relevant certificates.
