Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to source a qualified and reliable training service provider to deliver the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) course and examination support. The training aims to equip project officers with foundational knowledge and practical skills in project management aligned with international standards, particularly those of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The provider must ensure the course prepares candidates effectively for the CAPM certification exam.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Providing PMI-accredited or PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) CAPM training courses.
• Delivering training sessions of at least 3 days duration, covering project management fundamentals, predictive approaches, agile frameworks, and business analysis principles aligned with PMI standards and the PMBOK Guide.
• Issuing certificates of completion confirming the candidate has obtained the required 23 contact hours of training.
• Supporting candidates through the registration process for the CAPM exam, including guidance on scheduling and exam logistics.
• Providing post-training support such as exam preparation resources, practice questions, and guidance on maintaining certification and professional development.
• Supporting CAPM certification and exam enrollment, including application guidance and assistance with exam registration through authorized testing platforms.

Technical Requirements

The training provider must:

• Be accredited by PMI or be a PMI Authorized Training Partner.
• Ensure course content meets international project management standards and prepares candidates for the CAPM exam.
• Use presentations, reference materials, and training content aligned with PMI standards and the PMBOK Guide.
• Provide guidance on exam scheduling and registration.
• Issue a certificate of completion for candidates who achieve the 23 contact hours.
• Support candidates with exam preparation resources, including practice questions and study guidance.

Skills Requirements

The service provider must demonstrate:

• Accreditation by PMI or status as a PMI Authorized Training Partner.
• Experience in delivering project management training aligned with PMI standards.
• Ability to provide comprehensive training materials, reference resources, and post-training support.
• Expertise in guiding candidates through the CAPM application and exam registration process.
• Capability to deliver training that ensures candidates meet the 23 contact hours requirement and are well-prepared for the CAPM exam.
