Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure in-house training services for 10 JDA delegates. The training aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of delegates through accredited programs, including specific courses such as Fire Training, Health & Safety Representation, and First Aid Level 2, with catering included.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of:

• In-house training sessions for 10 delegates, covering:
  • Fire Refresher Course (1 day for 4 delegates)
  • Health & Safety Representative Course (1 day for 4 delegates)
  • First Aid Level 2 Course (2 days for 2 delegates)
• Catering services for each training day, including breakfast and lunch with specified menus.
• Delivery of training by an accredited training provider in South Africa.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of accredited training programs aligned with South African standards.
• Delivery of training on specified dates with appropriate catering arrangements.
• Adherence to the detailed scope of work and specifications outlined in the tender documentation.
• Completion of all training within the appointment period on a once-off basis.
• Proper documentation and certification of training provided.

Skills Requirements

The successful service provider must demonstrate:

• Accreditation and certification from recognized South African training authorities.
