GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 

The Breede Olifants Catchment management Agency (BOCMA) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Professional Surveyor, to do a topographical survey and aerial photography of Papenkuils Wetland spanning several properties including upstream and downstream sections of the Wetland. The survey area covers an area approximately 6000ha, the approximate extents of the survey area are attached as Annexure A and KMZ file link. Confirmation of the survey area to be finalized in consultation with BOCMA not exceeding 6000ha

It is required that the service provider have a Professional surveyor registered with SAGI who will take responsibility for the survey work and proof thereof should be submitted together with the bid.

The surveyor must specify the method off collecting data together with the quotation. It is anticipated that an aerial survey will be the most appropriate for this project.

SUBMISSION OF RFQ

All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.

NOTE TO BIDDERS:

Bidders are required to ensure that electronic bid submissions are done at least a day before the closing date to prevent issues which they may encounter due to their internet speed, bandwidth or the size of number of uploads they are submitting. Please do not wait for the last minute to submit. A bidder can upload 30MB and up to 10 documents per upload and multiple uploads are permitted.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE COMPULSORY DOCUMENTATION AND PARTICULARS MAY RENDER THE BID INVALID.
