The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitably qualified and independent marine advisory services company to provide marine support services related to the import, export, transshipment, storage, and transportation of crude oil and petroleum products on behalf of SANPC. The services are to be delivered on an as-and-when-required basis, supporting SANPC's operations in the petroleum sector.
The scope of work includes providing marine advisory services associated with:
Detailed scope and elimination criteria are attached in Annexure A, which specifies the comprehensive requirements and expectations for the service provider.
The technical evaluation will consider the following key criteria:
Proposals must demonstrate compliance with these experience and personnel requirements, including submission of CVs and qualifications.
Applicants must submit proof of experience and qualifications for key personnel, ensuring they meet the minimum experience thresholds specified.
