Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to obtain a written quotation for providing Elderly Awareness Transport services from Meerlust to Wemmershoek Community Hall, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for elderly residents.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of transport services as specified in the suggested menu, covering the collection and delivery of elderly individuals from Meerlust to Wemmershoek Community Hall. The service must adhere to the specified pickup points and delivery requirements, with flexibility for changes in delivery quantities and schedules.

Technical Requirements

• Transport from Meerlust to Wemmershoek Community Hall as per the specified menu.
• Pickup and delivery points must be clearly noted, with delivery and quantity subject to change with 24-hour notice.
• Service providers must be registered on the Centralised Supplier Database (CSD).
• Complete MBD supporting documentation, including preference points claim forms (MBD 4, 6.1, 8, 9), must be submitted.
• Original sworn affidavits and municipal statements of account for all directors and the company (not older than 90 days) are required.
• Compliance with municipal and legal requirements, including tax and VAT registration, is mandatory.
• Service providers should ensure their vehicles and personnel meet safety and quality standards.
