Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider for the supply and installation of air-conditioners at specified locations within Maruleng Municipality, ensuring efficient climate control solutions that meet the municipality's operational needs.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Supply of three 12,000 BTU air-conditioners for designated sites: Hoedspruit DLTC & Marikana, Thusong Centre, and Main Admin Office.
• Installation of the supplied air-conditioners at the respective locations.
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the air-conditioners are as follows:

• Capacity: 12,000 BTU
• Quantity: 3 units
• Locations: Hoedspruit DLTC & Marikana, Thusong Centre, Main Admin Office

Additional technical requirements include:

• Provision of installation services that meet safety and quality standards.
• Compliance with the relevant CIDB registration (minimum 1ME or higher).
• Adherence to the specifications and evaluation criteria outlined in the tender documentation.

Skills and Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

• Company experience and track record in air-conditioner installation and maintenance, supported by appointment letters, purchase orders, and completion certificates.
• Qualified technical personnel with expertise in HVAC installation.
• Registration with the CIDB at a minimum of 1ME or higher.
• Ability to provide quality workmanship and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provision of relevant company registration documents, SARS PIN, CSD registration, and recent municipal statements.
