The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the testing and installation of a 4.5KV Sheath Voltage Limiter (SVL) at Neptune take-off and Neptune substation, ensuring the circuit is properly earthed and operational. The work aims to enhance electrical circuit safety and efficiency by replacing old SVLs and verifying circuit integrity.
