Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the replacement of the air conditioning condenser assembly (Condenser Assy) for a Toyota LC Prado 2.8GD (Year model 2022, VIN JTEBR3FJX0K274483). The work must be completed by 05 August 2026, ensuring the air conditioning system is restored to proper functioning as specified by the City of uMhlathuze.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Replacing the air conditioning condenser assembly on the specified vehicle.
• All works and parts must be detailed with individual costs, including a breakdown of all components and labor involved.
• The quotation must be from Toyota Accredited Agents only, adhering to the compulsory RMI requirement.
• The delivery address is the Supply Chain Management Unit at End of Betastraal, Alton, Richards.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of a detailed quotation specifying all works and parts with relevant costs.
• Only Toyota Accredited Agents are eligible to submit quotes.
• All alterations to the quotation must be signed by the bidder.
• Quotations must be completed in black ink; pencil submissions are not accepted.
• Suppliers must be registered with the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide their CSD number.
• A Letter of Good Standing must be submitted.
• All required documents, including tax compliance certificates, SHE risk management files, and proof of registration, must be attached.

Skills and Certification Requirements
