Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the clearing and cleaning of the Alldays Landfill Site Waste Disposal Facility. This includes intensive clearing of approximately 10 hectares of waste disposal area, bush clearing, solid waste removal, pit closure, and litter picking to ensure proper site maintenance and environmental management.

Scope

The scope of work encompasses:

• Intensive clearing and cleaning of an estimated 10 hectares of waste disposal site.
• Activities include bush clearing, solid waste removal, closure of a pit, and litter picking.
• Provision of necessary equipment on-site or equivalent, including:
• Tipper truck
• Front end loader / TLB
• Grader

Technical Requirements

All bidders must:

• Provide a CSD report not older than three months.
• Attach MBD4, MBD8, and MBD9 forms, downloadable from the municipal website.
• Submit the Master Registration Number, Tax compliance status pin, or a valid tax clearance certificate.
• Include the CK documentation.
• Ensure all compulsory documents are attached, as failure to do so will disqualify the bid.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

Bidder qualifications include:

• Supporting proof of locality (e.g., affidavit of address) with points allocated based on region:
• Capricorn Region = 6 points
• Limpopo Province = 2 points
• Outside = 1 point
• Gender documentation: certified copies of ID for women (4 points) and men (3 points).
• Youth status (18-35 years): certified ID copies (1 point).
• Race documentation: certified ID copies for Blacks (8 points) and Whites (2 points).
• Disability status: proof such as medical reports signed and certified by a medical doctor (1 point).
• Non-compliant contributors receive zero points.

Additional Conditions

Dispute resolution procedures are outlined, requiring written disputes within 14 days, with escalation to provincial or national treasury if unresolved within specified timeframes. All quotations must be sealed and submitted before 12:00 pm on 17 December 2025, marked appropriately.
