Objectives

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply, delivery, and full assembly of one dual convection laboratory incubator with precision control (±0.1°C temperature stability). All furniture and equipment must be delivered fully assembled without deviations. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing the specified incubator within the stipulated delivery timeframe, ensuring compliance with all technical and functional requirements.

Skills and Experience Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate the following:

• Experience: Provide five appointment letters or purchase orders from the past ten years, each with five points.
• Reference Letters: Submit five reference letters or completion certificates from the past ten years, each with five points.
• Delivery Time: Ability to deliver within 14 days (15 points), 21 days (10 points), or beyond 21 days (0 points).
• Qualifications:
  • Lead Service Technician: Must be qualified and authorized to work in a laboratory, with at least eight years of relevant experience. Attach CVs and qualification certificates (15 points).
  • Assistant Service Technician: Must be qualified with at least five years of relevant experience. Attach CVs and qualification certificates (10 points).
