Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver stock for the laboratory as specified in the attached specifications. The procurement aims to ensure the provision of fully assembled furniture and laboratory items, meeting the district municipality's requirements for quality and compliance.

Scope

The scope includes the supply and delivery of laboratory stock, specifically:

• Fully assembled furniture items
• Laboratory reagents and supplies, including:
• Idexx Colilert-18 or equivalent (quantity: 2 boxes)

The delivery must be completed to the Ehlanzeni District Municipality at the specified address, with the total bid amount transferred to the MBD1 form as the total bid price.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• All furniture to be delivered fully assembled
• Laboratory reagents such as Idexx Colilert-18 or equivalent, with notification procedures for non-target organisms
• The total quoted amount for laboratory items must be transferred to the MBD1 form; failure to do so will result in disqualification

Additionally, the bid must include a comprehensive submission on the official forms, with all mandatory documents attached, including a recent CSD report, affidavit of banking details, and proof of compliance with procurement policies.
