Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Service as per attached Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Compliance with CIDB grading requirements (minimum grading specified).
• Adherence to safety standards including OHS compliance and safety documentation.
• Proper cleaning of gutters, roof, and tanks using high-pressure water jets.
• Disconnection and reconnection of downpipes.
• Refilling tanks with municipality-supplied water post-cleaning.
• Provision of all necessary tools, safety measures, and local employment as proof of compliance.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required for the tender include:

• Contractors must be registered with CIDB with a minimum SQ grading.
