• Inspection, maintenance, and servicing of all medical gas points.
• Attendance at a compulsory site meeting scheduled for 03/12/2025 at 11:00 AM.
• Adherence to specifications outlined in the official documentation, including completing all required forms and documentation.
• Compliance with all relevant standards, including CIPC registration, CIDB Grade 1, and a Letter of Good Standing.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required for bidders include:

• Proven experience in servicing and maintaining medical gas systems, evidenced by at least three successful similar projects.
• Relevant trade qualifications or technical certifications related to medical gas systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations pertaining to medical gases.
• Ability to provide technical support, supervision of on-site activities, and training if required.
• Capability to complete all technical documentation and comply with the specifications and contractual obligations.
