Closed Quotes shall be stapled and placed in sealed envelopes, endorsed “CQ4060/10 SERVICE PROVIDER TO TRANSLATE, PRINT AND DISTRIBUTE NEWSLETTER and must be placed in the Closed Quote Box at the SCM Unit, No.2 Industria Crescent, KwaDukuza, not later than 12h00 on the 16th October 2025 where all quotes will be opened in public. Late, electronic or faxed Quotes will not be accepted.
The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for translating, printing, and distributing a newsletter for KwaDukuza Municipality. The aim is to ensure effective communication through the newsletter by providing language translation, quality printing, and timely distribution services.
