Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure media monitoring services for a period of 12 months. The selected service provider will deliver daily insights into media exposure related to UShaka Marine World and its sub-brands across various communication platforms, including print, TV, radio, online, and social media. The service aims to track mentions, measure digital marketing campaign effectiveness, and provide comprehensive reports and analysis to support UShaka Marine World’s media and marketing strategies.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Monitoring and tracking media mentions and exposure across all communication platforms (print, TV, radio, online, social media).
• Including digital marketing solutions such as social media and website tracking.
• Providing daily reports on media exposure over 12 months.
• Monthly analysis of media exposure, including sentiment analysis and intelligence gathering.
• Managing social media influencer campaigns, highlighting reach and media value (EMV).
• Implementing a centralized social media management tool with social listening, AI-assisted content creation, and reporting functionalities.
• Integrating news content onto the UShaka Marine World website via a newsfeed.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the service provider include:

• Capability to track mentions/exposure on all communication platforms, including emerging platforms.
• Ability to monitor local, national, and international brand exposure.
• Provision of a daily media exposure report for 12 months.
• Monthly detailed analysis including sentiment and intelligence reports.
• Management and vetting of social media influencer campaigns with true reach and media value metrics.
• Use of a centralized social media management tool with social listening, AI content creation, and reporting features.
• Integration of news content directly onto the UShaka Marine World website.
