Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a stainless steel table (316 grade) that meets specified technical and quality standards for use by Onderstepoort Biological Products Ltd. The procurement aims to ensure the delivery of a durable, high-quality worktable suitable for food-grade applications, with specific design and load-bearing requirements.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes the supply of:

• One stainless steel table (316 grade) with specified dimensions and features.

The table must be constructed from 316 food-grade polished stainless steel, with a thickness of 0.9mm, heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet, and a flat top with an undershelf. The table should have a load capacity of 250kg, with dimensions of 2000mm in length, 700mm in width, and 700mm in height. No splash back is required.

Skills and Skills Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with an active status and a report not older than 2 months (for South African bidders).
• Request and submit the SBD 1 form (for international bidders).
• Completion and submission of the SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure form, signed and signed declaration of compliance.
• Provision of compulsory documentation including specifications, catalogue, Certificate of Analysis (COA), and data sheets.
• Understanding of procurement procedures and ability to comply with government procurement policies.
• Ability to provide quality stainless steel products that meet technical specifications and safety standards.
