Objectives

Technical Requirements

• Single-use hygienic covers designed to prevent cross-contamination and fluid spills.
• Made from non-woven, breathable, and fluid-resistant materials with high tear resistance.
• Layered construction including cellulose/tissue and PE film for absorbency and waterproofing.
• Cost-effective 2-ply virgin medical paper suitable for standard examination tables.
• Sheets sized between 90 cm x 190 cm up to 160 cm x 230 cm, with a weight of 35-45 gsm for durability and fluid resistance.
• Packaged in units of 50 sheets per pack.
• Compliance with relevant SANAS/SABS standards and specifications.
• Product must be sterile, hygienic, and suitable for medical use.
• Samples may be required for evaluation against specifications.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing or supplying medical disposable products, specifically bed sheets.
