Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of psychometric tests to Eshowe Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal. The aim is to obtain standardized, SABS-approved psychometric assessment tools for various psychological evaluations, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

Scope

The scope includes the supply and delivery of specific psychometric tests as detailed in the specifications. The tests include Raven’s Standard Progressive Matrices, Bender Visual-Motor Gestalt Test, Million Clinical Inventory (MCMI-III), Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale IV (WAIS IV), Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales III, and Raven’s Color Progressive Matrices South African Easy Score Kit. The procurement covers the entire process from order placement, delivery, to sample submission for evaluation.

Technical Requirements

• All psychometric tests must be compliant with the attached specifications and be SABS approved.
• Tests must include the following:
  • Raven’s Standard Progressive Matrices (South African Easy Score Kit)
  • Bender Visual-Motor Gestalt Test (2nd Edition)
  • Million Clinical Inventory 3rd Edition (MCMI-III)
  • Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale IV (WAIS IV South African Edition)
  • Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales 3rd Edition (Vineland III)
  • Raven’s Color Progressive Matrices South African Easy Score Kit (Raven’s CPM, SA Kit)
• Samples of the tests may be requested for verification purposes.
• Delivery must be made to the specified address within the agreed timeframe.
• All documentation, including signed declarations and annexures, must be completed and submitted.
