Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver 20-liter units of roadmarking paint and roadmarking thinners to Leentjiesklip Caravan Park in Langebaan. The aim is to procure quality materials that meet specified standards for road marking applications within the stipulated timeframe and budget.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and delivery of eight (8) units of white 20L roadmarking paint.
• Supply and delivery of eight (8) units of 5L roadmarking thinners.
• Delivery within 7 days of official order placement.
• All items must comply with the specifications provided and be delivered to the specified location in Langebaan.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the items are as follows:

• White 20L roadmarking paint suitable for road marking purposes.
• 5L units of roadmarking thinners compatible with the paint.
• All products must meet the minimum specifications and be equivalent or superior to the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Suppliers must submit manufacturer’s specification sheets for the products.
• Pricing must include delivery charges.
• Items must be delivered fully operational and compliant with minimum specifications.

Skills and Supplier Requirements

Suppliers must:

• Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof of registration.
• Complete and sign all compulsory forms, including declaration of interest, preference points claim, and certificate of bid independence.
• Provide valid B-BBEE certificates or affidavits to claim preference points.
• Submit municipal accounts or lease agreements to verify locality claims.
• Ensure all documents are submitted on the business’s official letterhead.
• Adhere to the delivery schedule and quality standards specified.
• Demonstrate the ability to supply the required quantities within the specified timeframe.
