Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver staff uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) to Victoria Mxenge Hospital on behalf of the Department of Health in KwaZulu-Natal. Scope

• Staff uniforms including navy trousers, white shirts, navy skirts, white blouses, and unisex jerseys
• Safety shoes for male and female staff (navy, black, and safety-specific shoes)
• Protective gear such as gumboots, gloves (elbow length, black, blue), safety shoes (male and female), and boiler suits/overalls
• Other specified PPE items as detailed in the specifications

The delivery is to be made to Victoria Mxenge Hospital, with the contract being a once-off supply arrangement, adhering to specified technical and quality standards.

Technical Requirements

• Items must conform to the detailed specifications provided, including material composition, sizes, and quality standards (e.g., SABS approval, top quality materials)
• Uniforms and PPE must meet specified standards such as durability, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Items must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit

Skills Requirements
