Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure and supply stationery items to the Procurement department at NHLS Sandringham Campus. The aim is to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of various stationery products required for operational needs.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of a wide range of stationery items, including paper, tissues, scissors, tapes, markers, filing products, and other office supplies as detailed in the specifications. The contract covers the provision of these items in specified quantities, adhering to the technical and quality standards outlined in the scope of work.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of specific stationery items such as A4 copy paper, tissues, scissors, tapes, markers, filing products, and more, as detailed in the specifications.
• Items must meet the quality standards specified (e.g., type of paper, size, and packaging).
• Delivery must be made to the NHLS Sandringham Campus at the stipulated times.
• All prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT and delivery fees.
• Suppliers must comply with the NHLS General Conditions of Contract and relevant procurement policies.
• Suppliers are required to submit valid tax clearance certificates and compliance documentation.
• Delivery delays and penalties are governed by the terms specified in the contract conditions.

Skills Requirements

• Ability to supply a comprehensive range of stationery products as per technical specifications.
• Experience in managing bulk procurement and timely delivery of office supplies.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, including the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.
• Capacity to provide compliant documentation such as tax certificates, B-BBEE certificates, and company registration details.
• Effective communication skills for clarifications and coordination with NHLS procurement officials.
• Ability to adhere to contractual obligations, including quality standards, delivery schedules, and pricing commitments.
