Objectives

• Materials: e.g., 100% cotton twill, polyester PVC, cowhide leather, reflective tapes, etc.
• Design features: e.g., double-needle seams, concealed zippers, reinforced heels and toes, water-resistant fabrics, industrial washability, and specific color standards (e.g., navy, black, royal navy).
• Item-specific specifications such as size, color, fabric weight, and additional features like storm flaps, pockets, and reflective tapes.
• All items must meet the relevant standards and specifications attached in the annexure.
• Samples may be required for certain items for quality verification.
