Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of supplying and delivering 59 high-quality chairs to the NHLS R K Khan Laboratory. The chairs must meet specific ergonomic and durability standards to support laboratory staff effectively.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of three types of chairs:

• High Back Draughtsman Chairs without armrests and footrests, suitable for laboratory use.
• High Back Typist Chairs without armrests and footrests, designed for typing and administrative tasks.
• High Back Office Chairs with adjustable armrests and lumbar support for general office use.

The chairs must conform to detailed specifications regarding materials, dimensions, weight capacity, warranty, and ergonomic features, and must be delivered to NHLS R K Khan Laboratory within the stipulated timeframe.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in supplying ergonomic laboratory and office chairs, demonstrated through previous contracts and references.
• Technical expertise in manufacturing or supplying chairs that meet detailed ergonomic and durability specifications.
• Capability to provide detailed product brochures and specifications confirming compliance with tender requirements.
• Ability to deliver within the specified timeframe and ensure quality control during manufacturing and delivery.
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety standards for laboratory and office furniture.
• Competence in providing after-sales support, including warranties and maintenance services.
