Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier capable of providing and delivering starter pack vouchers valued at R3000 each for 19 Spaza Shops within Ntabankulu. Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of 19 starter pack vouchers, each worth R3000.
• Delivery of vouchers in specified quantities per quarter:
  • 9 vouchers for the second quarter
  • 5 vouchers for the third quarter
  • 5 vouchers for the fourth quarter
• Delivery to the specified address at Erf no 85 Main Street, Ntabankulu.
• Adherence to the specifications and conditions outlined in the tender documents.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of vouchers with a face value of R3000 each, suitable for use in Spaza Shops.
• Delivery of vouchers in the specified quantities and timeframes as per the quarterly schedule.
• Vouchers must be valid and compliant with the specifications provided by the municipality.
• All prices must be inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
• Vouchers should be delivered to the municipality's address as indicated in the quotation.
