• Ability to source, manufacture, or distribute rehabilitation exercise equipment that meets the stated technical specifications.
• Reliable freight and last-mile delivery capabilities to ensure timely handover at the hospital site.
• Proficiency in public sector procurement compliance, including accurate completion of mandatory returnable documents, tax clearance validation, and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.

Key Procurement Terms & Conditions

This tender operates under standard government contracting frameworks with specific operational requirements:

• 80/20 Preference Point System: Evaluation scoring allocates 80 points for price competitiveness and 20 points for socio-economic goals. Full preference points are awarded to enterprises at least 51% owned by Black women, substantiated by valid CIPC, BBBEE, or sworn affidavit documentation.
