Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply, deliver, and assemble two-seater reception sofas and double bed sets to various laboratories in Limpopo, as specified by the National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS). The goal is to ensure the provision of suitable furniture to enhance laboratory facilities across multiple locations.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Provision of one two-seater reception sofa (quantity: 1) for the Mokopane laboratory.
• Provision of two double bed sets (quantities: 2) for Dilokong and Potgietersrus laboratories.
• Supply, delivery, and assembly of the specified furniture at the designated laboratory sites in Limpopo.
• Compliance with specifications and standards as outlined in the tender documentation.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Two-seater reception sofa: eco-friendly, manufacturer to confirm specifications, quantity: 1 for Mokopane.
• Double bed sets: standard cut, manufacturer to confirm specifications, quantities: 2 (one each for Dilokong and Potgietersrus laboratories).
• Furniture must meet quality and safety standards, be suitable for laboratory environments, and be delivered and assembled on-site.
• All delivery costs must be included in the quotation.
• Furniture must be compliant with the specifications provided and be of durable, eco-friendly materials.
