Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver laboratory and office furniture to various laboratories in Limpopo, ensuring that the required furniture meets specified standards and specifications to support laboratory operations.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision, supply, and delivery of various furniture items including:

• 2-door filing cabinets (lockable, melamine oak finish)
• L-shape office desks (mahogany)
• Typist chairs with armrests
• High-back office chairs
• Ergonomic draughtsman chairs with armrests
• Aluminium canteen tables (800x800mm)
• Aluminium canteen chairs with arms

The furniture must be delivered to multiple NHLS laboratories across Limpopo, with specific quantities and specifications as detailed in the tender documentation.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for each item include:

• 2 Door Filing Cabinet: Lockable, size 1500 x 900 x 475 mm, with 3 shelves, melamine oak finish.
• L-shape Office Desk: Mahogany finish, 1600W x 800D, with extension top 900W x 600D, and a pedenza with roller door and 2 drawers.
• Typist Chair with Armrests: Black bonded leather, height adjustable, swivel, firm padding, non-slip material, adjustable armrests.
• High-back Office Chair: Swivel & tilt mechanism, gas height adjustment, polyurethane armrests, black bonded leather, lumbar support, at least 50 cm long backrest.
• Ergonomic Draughtsman Chair: Swivel, foot ring, firm padding, black bonded leather, adjustable armrests, height and inclination adjustable, lumbar support, at least 50 cm long backrest.
• Aluminium Canteen Table: Square, 800x800 mm.
• Aluminium Canteen Chairs: With arms.
