Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and install a 52kW three-phase Sunsynk inverter at the X-ray department of GJ Crookes Hospital. The project aims to enhance the hospital's electrical infrastructure by integrating a high-capacity inverter system to support X-ray operations and ensure reliable power supply.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Supply and installation of a 52kW three-phase Sunsynk inverter system.
• Provision of necessary electrical wiring, including running a 35mm x 4-core cable from the existing distribution board (DB) to the new inverter DB and back.
• Labeling and marking all components and electrical panels appropriately.
• Supply and installation of batteries, fuse disconnectors, and associated electrical materials.
• Design and supply of schematic electrical wiring diagrams.
• Testing, commissioning, and providing operational training and certificates of compliance (C.O.C).

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Supply and installation of a 52kW three-phase Sunsynk inverter suitable for hospital X-ray equipment.
• Supply and installation of a 30.72kW HV lithium Sunsynk battery set with control box (stackable).
• Provision of a battery fuse disconnecter.
• Electrical wiring in trunking (minimum size 100x75).
• Compliance with CIDB grading of 1EB or higher.
• Proof of similar completed projects and qualified electrician with wireman's license.
• Adherence to safety, labeling, and schematic documentation standards.

Skills Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in installing high-voltage inverter systems in healthcare or similar environments.
• Qualified electrical technicians with valid wireman's licenses.
• Capability to design electrical schematics and execute electrical wiring in compliance with safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate site activities, including running cables, labeling, and commissioning.
• Provision of training and technical support post-installation.
