The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply rugged handheld mobile computing devices and associated peripheral equipment to support operational activities at the Richtersveld Transfrontier Park, managed by South African National Parks (SANParks).
The scope encompasses the end-to-end supply, delivery, and on-site installation of two handheld mobile computers and their required accessories at the park's administrative offices in Sendelingsdrif. The successful bidder must commence work immediately upon purchase order issuance. Goods must be delivered, installed, and made fully operational at the designated location. Payment will be processed within thirty days of receiving a valid invoice, in strict compliance with the Public Finance Management Act.
