Technical Requirements

• Product Description: Techno Fluid Shield Orange Masks with visors that are fog-free, with Loncet breathable film, wrap-around splashguard, anti-glare visor, and are latex-free for allergies.
• Standards: Must conform to ASTM Level 3 (ref: 48247), with 25 units per box.
• Material: Natural rubber latex free, with anti-glare visor, fog-free feature, and breathable film.
• Packaging: 25 units per box.
• Compliance: Must meet the detailed specifications provided, including size, color, and material requirements.
• Additional: Must include samples upon request, and be compliant with relevant health and safety standards.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

• Bidder must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and possess a valid tax clearance certificate.
• Bidder must demonstrate the ability to supply the specified medical masks in the required quantity and quality standards.
• Bidder should have experience in supplying medical protective equipment, with proof of compliance with relevant standards.
• Completion of all mandatory forms, including the Preference Points Claim Form (SBD 6.1) and Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD4).
• Ability to deliver within the specified delivery period and provide necessary documentation, including invoices and compliance certificates.
• Understanding of procurement policies, including adherence to the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 and related legislation.
