The procurement covers the entire process from order placement to delivery at Grey's Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal, adhering to specified standards and specifications.

Technical Requirements

• Product must be a Techno Fluid Shield Orange Mask with visors that are fog-free and breathable.
• Visors should be anti-glare, wrap-around splash guards, and compatible with allergy considerations (latex-free, natural rubber free).
• Must conform to ASTM Level 3 standards, with reference number 48247 (25 units per box).
• Material: Natural rubber, latex-free, with breathable film and splash guard features.
• Packaging: 25 units per box.
• Additional specifications include anti-glare visors, fog-free design, and suitability for daily theatre use.

Skills Requirements

• Ability to manufacture or supply masks that meet international safety and quality standards (ASTM Level 3).
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and compliance, including certification from the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA).
• Experience in producing latex-free, allergy-sensitive personal protective equipment.
