The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to render Event Management services for the Freshers Ball at Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) in 2026.
The scope includes the coordination and management of the entire event scheduled to take place at Seme Hall, including:
The event is scheduled for 30 April 2026, with specific timings for the programme and dinner, and the service provider will be responsible for ensuring all technical and logistical arrangements are in place.
