Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure office furniture for the main boardroom, including a table and chairs, as well as additional chairs for location J1.

Scope

The scope of the procurement includes:

• One Indigo Boardroom Table (melamine, 6000mm length)
• Twelve Mirage High Back Chairs
• Twenty-eight Techno 800 Executive Chairs (high back, Class 7, with lighter wood colour option)

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the items are as follows:

• Boardroom Table: Melamine surface, 6000mm length, SKU: CO-INDIGO-6000
• Chairs: Mirage High Back chairs (SKU: SPEC-QB-CHAIR)
• Executive Chairs: Techno 800 high back, Class 7, with an option for a lighter wood colour, SKU: 827E

Suppliers must provide specifications, catalogues, and pictures of the items offered.

Skills and Requirements

Suppliers must meet the following criteria:

• Provide proof of previous supply of similar items within the past 24 months (e.g., stamped invoices, delivery notes, reference letters).
• Be registered and active with a valid CSD report not older than 2 months, demonstrating tax compliance (for South African companies).
• Foreign or international companies must complete SBD1 documentation.
• Complete and submit the SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure form, signed and signed declaration of compliance.
• Adhere to the compulsory document requirements, including proof of local content where applicable.
• Participate via the procurement portal, with credentials provided, and upload all required documentation with the bid.
• Comply with the evaluation criteria based on an 80/20 price/preference points system, with preference points awarded based on BBBEE status and other socio-economic factors.
