Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit formal written price quotations from qualified providers to conduct a voucher audit for uMfolozi Municipality. The audit aims to ensure compliance and accuracy in voucher processing within the municipal financial systems.

Scope

The scope of the project involves:

• Conducting a comprehensive voucher audit as specified in the tender documentation.
• Submission of a single quotation form for the specified service.
• Adherence to municipal and procurement policies, including submission of compulsory documents and compliance with evaluation criteria.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of a detailed quotation for conducting the voucher audit.
• Validity of quotation for at least 90 days from the date of submission.
• Firm pricing inclusive of VAT.
• Indication of a firm delivery period.
• Compliance with all compulsory returnable documents such as MBD forms, tax clearance, CSD report, municipal rates clearance, and quotation forms.
• Adherence to the conditions that exclude persons in the service of the state from submitting quotations.
