Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a suitable service provider to deliver a short course on Working at Heights. Upon completion, participants will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to work safely at heights, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Training 85 employees divided into groups of 14.
• Delivering the training in English.
• Specifying the number of days required for the training program.
• Utilizing at least three different training methods such as facilitation, demonstration, group discussion, simulation, practical exercises, role-play, case studies, lectures, and blended learning.
• Providing competency certification for delegates within 30 days of training completion.
• Pricing based on a unit rate per trainee, inclusive of all costs (training materials, stationery, catering, VAT, etc.), with an original detailed invoice.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Delivery of a comprehensive short course on Working at Heights.
