Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a service provider to design the electronic document of the 2025/2026 Integrated Annual Report, including the Annual Performance and Strategic Plan for the KwaZulu-Natal Growth Fund Trust. The aim is to produce a high-quality, compliant, and visually engaging report that aligns with organizational standards and reporting requirements.

Scope

The scope of services includes:

• Concept development and design for the 2025/2026 Integrated Annual Report and Strategic Plan.
• Preparation of content, including industry and company research, and organization impact metrics.
• Design of the report in PDF or flipbook format.
• Writing and editing, including creating a language style guide, proofing, and ensuring consistency.
• Engagement in content-related meetings for each draft.
• Ensuring compliance with National Treasury reporting standards and organizational structure requirements.
• Final delivery upon payment, including publication and formatting.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the project include:

• Design of an electronic report in PDF or flipbook format.
• Content development based on research and organizational impact metrics.
• Adherence to National Treasury reporting standards.
• Provision of a clear organizational structure and impact metrics.
• Inclusion of proofing, editing, and quality assurance processes.
• Regular touch-base meetings for each draft to ensure alignment and address inconsistencies.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

• Experience in designing integrated reports and strategic plans, with a minimum of 1-2 years for basic experience, up to 8-10 years for extensive experience.
• Proven ability to produce reports that meet organizational and national standards.
• Capability to develop content, including research and writing, with evidence through reference letters and CVs.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of organizational impact metrics and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation of drafts.
• Technical proficiency in design tools suitable for PDF and flipbook formats.
