The primary objective of this tender is to procure, supply, and deliver educational indoor and outdoor play equipment to eight council-managed Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres located in Region 3 (Atteridgeville) and Region 6 (Mamelodi). This initiative aims to support the development of children by providing appropriate play resources that foster social skills, emotional well-being, and foundational learning in line with City by Laws on Child Care Services.
The scope encompasses the procurement, supply, and delivery of various educational indoor and outdoor play equipment for eight ECD centres in the specified regions. The equipment includes items such as mini toy car sets, plastic pull wagons, soccer balls, tennis balls, sandpit toys, kiddies water troughs, beach water toy sets, tug of war ropes, skipping ropes, balancing beams, and bean bags. The delivery must ensure quality products are provided to the designated centres, with specific quantities and specifications outlined for each item.
