Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a course on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) training for Brand South Africa employees. The training aims to equip professionals and systems with skills to automate complex tasks, optimize processes, generate predictive insights, and understand AI/ML fundamentals. It also seeks to enhance strategic decision-making, ethical considerations, change management, and awareness of future trends in AI and ML.

Scope

The scope of work includes delivering a comprehensive AI and ML training course tailored for Brand South Africa staff. The training content covers:

• Understanding AI and ML fundamentals, algorithms, and principles
• Applying AI in business contexts and real-world scenarios
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques
• Model evaluation, optimization, and performance assessment
• Strategic decision-making enhancement through AI/ML
• Ethical considerations and responsible AI implementation
• Change management and organizational integration of AI solutions
• Emerging trends and innovations in AI/ML
• Effective communication and collaboration skills related to AI/ML strategies
• Research, analysis of literature, case studies, and industry trends

The training is intended to be delivered as a course for Brand South Africa employees, with a focus on practical application and strategic understanding.

Technical Requirements

• Proof of experience in providing AI and ML training, demonstrated through five reference letters on client letterhead
• Facilitator CV showing at least 3 years of professional experience in AI and ML training
• Detailed budget breakdown aligned with scope of work
• Use of the SBD 6.1 form for preference points claim and submission of a valid CSD report and B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit
• Adherence to Brand South Africa’s procurement policies and evaluation criteria, including price and specific goals

Skills Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in AI and Machine Learning training
• Proven ability to deliver comprehensive AI/ML courses to professionals
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, algorithms, and ethical considerations
• Experience in data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques
• Capability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to develop and deliver training tailored to organizational needs and strategic goals
