The primary objective of this tender is to conduct proteomic profiling of grape berry skins using LC-MS/MS technology. The goal is to evaluate the impact of sheets coated with essential oils—specifically lemon and peppermint oils—as a replacement for sulphur dioxide. This biocontrol mechanism aims to inhibit Botrytis cinerea during cold storage and shipping of table grapes.
